AI tools can help with brainstorming, repurposing notes and structuring draft content. They do not automatically know your audience, product conditions or legal permissions. The most useful workflow keeps humans responsible for facts, brand voice, sensitive data and the decision to publish.
01

Start with approved source material

Provide a brief that includes intended audience, objective, brand voice and verified product facts. Do not feed confidential customer conversations or account passwords into general-purpose tools. Ask for several distinct angles rather than an enormous batch of near-identical posts.

02

Build a review step for every claim

Check dates, numbers, quotations and the functionality of any named product. AI can confidently invent references or combine outdated conditions. Do not publish fabricated testimonials or people who seem to endorse a product without authorization. Consider whether synthetic images need disclosure in the relevant placement.

03

Adapt the draft to a platform

A long explanatory paragraph may belong in an article; an Instagram carousel needs compact slides; a short video needs demonstrable action. Transform the information, not just the word count. Add alt text or subtitles and test whether the message is understandable without the original prompt.

04

Measure editorial efficiency, not sheer volume

Track research time, corrections, approval cycles, useful interactions and performance of published materials. If reviewers spend longer fixing weak drafts than writing clear text themselves, adjust the prompts or stop automating that part. Keep an archive of approved facts and successful formats.
